Yes. ValuQ is built around this. You submit your property details and photos once. Local estate agents see the anonymised brief. But never your name, phone number, full address, or email. Their valuations land back in your dashboard. You only share contact details if you choose to connect with a specific agent.
Do estate agents have to visit my property to give a valuation?+
No. ValuQ valuations are desktop valuations based on the photos, square footage, condition notes and area context you provide. If you do want a physical valuation later, you choose which agent to invite. No agent shows up uninvited.
What's the catch with a free anonymous property valuation?+

Not unless you choose to share it. When you submit a request, agents can only see your postcode sector, property details, and photos. Your name, email, phone number, and full address are hidden until you tap "Connect" on a specific agent.
What happens after I connect with an agent?+
When you connect, you choose a time slot for the agent to call you. They reach out at the time you selected, not before. There is no obligation to list with them. It simply opens the door for a conversation on your terms.
