Yes. You register for free with no credit card and use the platform on a trial that has the same privileges as the Starter plan. 3 coverage sectors and 10 leads per month. You only start paying when a ValuQ lead becomes a listing with you for the first time. At that point you choose a tier (Starter £99, Growth £149 or Pro £299) and set up a Direct Debit via Stripe before your lead flow resumes.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing date. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll be prorated.

Your access ends at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be charged again. You can rejoin anytime if you change your mind.

It depends on your location and coverage zones. Busy urban areas typically receive more leads than rural areas. We can give you an estimate during setup. There's no minimum or guarantee.

No. You pay a fixed monthly fee for your plan. There are no per-lead charges. Monthly lead allowances are 10 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 50 on Pro.

Each tier allows a certain number of coverage sectors. Starter: 3, Growth: 5, Pro: 15. If you need more, upgrade to the next plan.
