Pricing FAQs
Is it really free until my first instruction?+
Yes. You register for free with no credit card and use the platform on a trial with the same allowances as the Starter plan: 1 coverage postcode and 10 leads per month. You are free until your first instruction from a ValuQ lead. At that point you choose a plan (Starter £99, Growth £149 or Pro £299 a month) and pay by card through Stripe. Each plan has a 12-month minimum term.
Can I change plans anytime?+
You can move to a higher plan at any time, and the new price applies from the change. You can move to a lower plan once your 12-month minimum term has ended.
What happens if I cancel?+
Before your first instruction you are on the free trial, and you can close your account at any time. Once a plan starts it has a 12-month minimum term, which you pay even if you stop using ValuQ. After that it runs month to month, and you can end it with 30 days' notice.
How many leads can I expect per month?+
It depends on your location and coverage zones. Busy urban areas typically receive more leads than rural areas. We can give you an estimate during setup. There's no minimum or guarantee.
Do I pay per lead?+
No. You pay a fixed monthly fee for your plan. There are no per-lead charges. Monthly lead allowances are 10 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 50 on Pro.
What if I want to try multiple coverage areas?+
Each tier allows a certain number of coverage postcodes — whole postcodes like SS14 or SW15. Starter: 1, Growth: 3, Pro: 5. If you need more, upgrade to the next plan.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?+
Not currently, but we're considering it. For now, all plans are monthly. Contact agents@valuq.co.uk if you'd like to discuss bulk pricing for large agencies.
What if I want a custom plan?+
Email agents@valuq.co.uk to discuss your needs. For large multi-office agencies, we may be able to create a custom arrangement.
Is there a contract?+
Yes. Using ValuQ means accepting our Agent Terms (valuq.co.uk/agent-terms). You are free until your first instruction. After that your plan has a 12-month minimum term, then runs month to month.
What's the difference between Growth and Pro?+
Pro includes 50 leads a month instead of 25, 5 coverage postcodes instead of 3, unlimited team members and priority phone support. Growth suits small to mid-size teams; Pro suits larger agencies covering several areas.
