Do you really offer a free trial?+
Yes, completely free for 14 days. No credit card required. You get full access to your chosen plan. After the trial ends, your subscription begins only if you choose to continue.
Can I change plans anytime?+
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing date. If you upgrade mid-month, you'll be prorated.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your access ends at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be charged again. You can rejoin anytime if you change your mind.
How many leads can I expect per month?+
It depends on your location and coverage zones. Busy urban areas typically receive more leads than rural areas. We can give you an estimate during setup. There's no minimum or guarantee.
Do I pay per lead?+
No. You pay a fixed monthly fee for your plan. There are no per-lead charges. Starter agents are limited to 10 leads/month; Growth and Pro are unlimited.
What if I want to try multiple coverage areas?+
Each tier allows a certain number of coverage sectors. Starter: 5, Growth: 20, Pro: unlimited. If you need more, upgrade to the next plan.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?+
Not currently, but we're considering it. For now, all plans are monthly. Contact agents@valuq.co.uk if you'd like to discuss bulk pricing for large agencies.
What if I want a custom plan?+
Email agents@valuq.co.uk to discuss your needs. For large multi-office agencies, we may be able to create a custom arrangement.
Is there a contract?+
No contract. Month-to-month only. You can cancel anytime, with no penalties or locks.
What's the difference between Growth and Pro?+
Pro includes unlimited team members, CSV export, API access, and priority phone support. Growth is ideal for small to mid-size teams; Pro for larger agencies or those needing CRM integration.
