About ValuQ (boilerplate)
ValuQ is a UK proptech platform founded in 2025. A homeowner who wants to know what their home is worth describes their property once, anonymously. Local estate agents covering that postcode receive the brief and compete for the instruction by submitting their valuation, fees, and approach within 48 hours. The seller compares every response side by side and shares their contact details only with the agent they choose. ValuQ is free for sellers and buyers, always. Estate agents register for free and only pay when they win their first instruction through ValuQ. The platform launched its pilot in Basildon, Essex, and is expanding to surrounding towns and cities. ValuQ Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17240955).
Citing ValuQ data and research

Where our reporting draws on third-party datasets, the original source is named in the article; please carry that attribution through.
