For a figure for your own home, ValuQ asks local estate agents who cover SE18 to value it. Each valuation comes from a local estate agent who knows the street, and there is no AI in it. Agents respond within 48 working hours, and you see every response side by side on one screen before speaking to a single agent. It is free for homeowners, always, and agents never get your details until you choose.
If your home is already on the market, you can get a second opinion: competing local estate agents value your home side by side. Getting valuations does not change your current contract. Instructing a new agent during a sole-agency tie-in can mean paying two fees, so check your contract first.

How these figures are worked out
Every price here is a completed sale registered with HM Land Registry; asking prices are never used. Floor areas come from each home's energy performance certificate, and the price per square foot is the price paid divided by that floor area. Choose any sale to open that home's page. The range for a typical home on the street comes from completed sales of the same property type nearby, giving more weight to closer, more recent and similar-sized homes. It is not an estimate of any one house, and it is shown only when the matches are close. We tested it on 4,770 completed sales in 80 postcode districts between March 2026 and August 2026, working out each from the sales before it: where the matches were close enough to show a range, half came within 7.7% of the price paid and 69% landed inside the range.
Sold prices show what homes have sold for, not what any one home is worth today. Condition, extensions and the plot all move a price, and only a local agent who has seen the home can allow for them.
