Will improving my EPC raise my sale price?
Direct evidence is mixed. The clearest effect is on time-to-sell and buyer pool size. Properties with EPC C or above attract more interest because some mortgages now require it, and energy-conscious buyers filter listings by rating. A jump from E to D, or D to C, matters more than chasing an A.
